About us: 

It all started with my dad, a full fridge, and a lot of love. Cooking became my ultimate love language in my early 20s during my dad’s battle with cancer; preparing nourishing meals for him was one of the few tangible things I could do to actually help. 

Years later, I found myself naturally stocking the fridges of friends and family who were navigating life transitions and the response was always the same: “I wish you could cook for me full time.”

And now, I can.

Courtney in the Kitchen was born from that wish and my belief that food should be one of the easiest ways to find joy in our day, not a chore we dread.

So how does it work?

Every Sunday we’ll drop a new menu (primarily soups, salads and focaccia- for now!)  you have until Thursday evening at 6:00pm EST to place your order, and then the following Tuesday you’ll pick up your meals in one of our designated locations during the pick up window. Our pick up locations include Merrimack, Manchester and Milford NH. 

Whether you’re a busy parent, you hate the grocery store, or life just feels particularly challenging at the moment, I’m here, in the kitchen, making sure all you need to do is swing by your pickup location, bring it home, and grab your utensils.
